Great location close to the Holy Shrine. Affordable price. Free breakfast was included and filling.
The size of the rooms was disappointingly small, almost uncomfortably so. the view from the window was incredibly uninspiring.

Right across from the Shrine, in an upmarket area. Perfect cleanliness, great hotel facilities, and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with excellent hot chocolate.

The hotel is ideally located in an upmarket area of the town, very close to the Shrine which is right across the street. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating, always available to answer questions and provide assistance. the breakfast is delicious, including fresh fruits, cheeses, breads, and yogurt. the facilities are modern and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities.
Some aspects of the hotel's payment system could be improved, as the non-refundable policy may be inconvenient for some guests who may have to cancel for legitimate reasons.

Spent the New Year holiday in a clean and comfortable hotel close to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima. The staff was helpful and polite, making us feel welcome from the start. We enjoyed a delicious inclusive breakfast every morning and there was plenty of parking space available, which was a plus. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the main attractions.
The lack of a mini-fridge in the room, which would have been convenient for keeping our drinks cold. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
